Response L Fortune

I admire the bold personality that you have slowly but surely built up after your tragic accident.  Generally women have a low self-esteem after a break-up with their long term relationship especially if they were being mistreated in the relationship. Many paraplegic people, male or female, find it difficult or even impossible sometimes to put them out there in order to find happiness. I myself believe that in order for anyone to find happiness, one would need to firstly accept themselves and be confident in who they are despite any situation they might find themselves in. It would be more convenient for a paraplegic to find someone who shares empathy for the situation that they find themselves in and that is also willing to accept them. Having a great amount of respect could also lighten up one’s self-esteem. It is clear that with the downfall in your life, the experience that you make of it does benefit you as a person.

  1. Not many people have the kind of confidance that Zuki displayes, she puts abled bodied people to shame. I like the fact that she hasnt allowed other peoples opinions and point of views become her own. She was able to see beyond other peoples empathy and the self-pitty of othose in her situation and think outside the box. in doing so she has not only impowed herself but others as well

  2. After an accident many people seem to loose all hope, and they often hide from the world so that they don't have to face the reality of what has happened to them. It honestly takes a strong willed person such as Zuki to overcome such a tragic mishap. To be able to live again and use her experience as a paraplegic to inspire not only the disabled but the abled to is really a gift from God. I to have personal issues that I have to deal with daily, but nothing compared to this. And here I was complaining about how my world was coming to an end, not being fully aware of how overrated I was being about it. Inspired is all I feel from here on out.
